1. Service Overview

We offer homemade Moroccan food prepared upon request. Items include traditional specialties such as fakkas, seffouf, pastilla, couscous, harira, and more.

All food is made at home after receiving an order via our website or by phone. Orders require a preparation time of 1 to 5 days, depending on the item and volume.

2. Order Process

  • You may place an order online or by phone.
  • After we confirm your order, we begin preparation.
  • You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for pickup.
  • No order is accepted without confirmation from us.

3. Pickup Policy

  • All orders are pickup only.
  • We do not offer shipping or delivery.
  • Standard pickup time is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed via email or phone.
  • Pickup location will be provided upon confirmation.

4. No Returns or Cancellations

  • All sales are final.
  • Because we prepare food specifically for each order, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed once the order is confirmed.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order, please notify us in advance to arrange a new time (if possible).

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Please make sure your contact information (phone and email) is accurate when placing an order.
  • You are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time and location.
  • We are not liable for any missed pickups or spoilage due to delays in pickup.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of order or upon pickup, depending on our arrangement.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the ordering process.

7. Modifications and Availability

  • We reserve the right to change menu items, prices, or preparation timelines at any time.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a substitution or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by ingredients in our dishes. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
